3月13日 Spitting Feathers So I spent two weeks stripping
Not that kinda stripping you filthy swines
me stripping now theres a nightmare for ya !
So where was i ... ah yes stripping
Sanding, filling, wallpapering, painting
At my daughters new flat
The last job was to lay the wooden floor
so early start never done it before
mid day i get a phone call off my daughter
'Mum you should see what Rambo has done'
she went on to explain that he had been in the bedroom
got a pillow and ripped it to shreds in the hall
I ask her to clean it up before i get back
She says she can't because i have the hoover at her flat
O.K i say do your best
5 mins later she called me again
'I took a photo of him mum cos it's really funny and he looks so cute
oh and did i tell you it was a feather pillow'
OH NO !
I finished laying the floor at 9.30pm
Stood back looked at it and felt proud
and absolutely knackered
When i arrived home i freaked out
My hall was covered in feathers
I had three choices
Scream.
Kill the dog.
just to give it that slaughter house look
0r hoover
well my vocal cords are still intact
The dog is still alive
And my hoover is spitting feathers.
3月8日 In Memory Of MarcAfter a terrible start to the month i was hit with another blow on Monday.
On the 1st/March my daughters friend was killed
He was walking back to his barracks when he was hit by a lorry
He was 20 years old
The funeral is tomorrow Friday/9th March
R.I.P Aaron
On Monday March 5th
My sons friend Marc died he was 30 years old
They had been friends since starting high school
I have many happy memories of Marc
Watching him grow into a fine young man
And his joy when his son was born 'Jack Vincent'
named after his best friend my son Vincent.
Vincent is flying home from Australia at the weekend
to attend Marc's funeral on Tuesday 13 March.
I am shocked and saddened by his death
He was a lovely young man
He will be remembered with love
