plans

After a long weekend . . . . i don't think it was any longer then any other weekend ,
i just seems that way
probably due to the excessive intake of alcohol
no particular reason just i was feeling a bit pi**ed off so yeah that's a good enough reason
Friday, Saturday & Sunday all a bit of a blur really.
Monday ahhh now i know why no one likes Mondays
mega depressing hangover !

All those never again thoughts banging round my pickled brain cells and the evil voice whispering ' Hair of the dog'.
Talking of dogs you met Rambo the Rottweiler , he's my daughters dog he's lived here since he was 3 months old
she moved to London with the boyfriend bought the puppy decided to move back home with boyfriend and puppy
and of course me being mum had the responsibility of feeding, training & exercise (the puppy not the boyfriend lol ) not to mention the cost of having to replace hall, landing & stairs carpet, re-plastering & decorating the walls he's chewed . Anyhow daughter & boyfriend split up, daughter gets own place, she decides i should keep the dog
cause she's out at work and doesn't want her newly furnished/decorated flat messed up. OK. 3 weeks later back with boyfriend & wants the dog back. fine. week later ' take the dog back i cant cope ' yep OK. He didn't settle there and to be honest i think he missed me or my carpets ! meet with her Sunday at Corn Exchange for drinks ..blur ! ! !..
Monday invites me to hers to plumb the washer in and tells me she and boyfriend have been discussing the dog 'oh yeah' . . . cut a long story short they want him back ! (erm. . four weeks ago ' take the dog back' ). . . not today oh no ! In seven days, when the central heating has been fitted. Oh right just I'm a little attached to him now despite the fact he's eaten half my house.
I got him to sit, give a paw, stay out the kitchen when I'm cooking, sit and stay at the road.
OK yeah I'm upset it's not fair on the dog. she's got no carpets for him to chew ! ! !
The Wasp is still in residence ! !

I need to tackle it soon it attacked me this morning i surrendered my toothpaste and did a runner

But i have plans tomorrow i'm sending the swat team in.

Its days are numbered i want my bathroom back !

Sting in The Tail

I have an intruder in my house in the form of a wasp
It or she, as i now know it to be after a search on the Internet , has decided to build a nest on my bathroom ceiling she could have built it in the shed that dark & gloomy place i visit once or twice a year but no she sneaked in through my window and made herself at home in my bathroom i have been observing her for a couple of days, i know i should remove the nest but it is fascinating to see a work of art in progress. Before my squatter arrived i knew little about the wasp apart from its sting , so what do i know now ? Well she makes her nest out of wood mixed with saliva the nest is sort of like a paper texture and apparently could house up to thousands of wasps. I don't have the heart to destroy her hard work so i shall observe for now.

I took these yesterday it all looks very different today its got bigger.

I shall risk life and limb and get some more pics tomorrow just for you . . . have you tried balancing on the bath camera in hand irate wasp . . .
